Brand Building

We began importing Italian pasta, cheese, wine and mineral water over 70 years ago. Our emphasis on brand building has witnessed numerous examples of products which have grown from obscurity to household names. Today, we focus on building our own brands with 75% of our profits being derived from brands that we own.

Through the introduction of Italian-style coffee so many years ago, Vittoria Food & Beverage has driven an explosive coffee revolution which has seen espresso-based coffee become one of the Australia's largest selling beverages. Our coffee brands include Vittoria Coffee, Australia's No 1 Pure Coffee and the best known coffee brand in cafes, Caffe Aurora and Delta Chicco D'oro. Cheese is another core product of the group with Jarlsberg Cheese one of Australia's most recognised cheese brand and Australia's largest selling imported cheese (excluding New Zealand cheeses). Our own brand of Aurora cheese is imported direct from Italy. The extensive Aurora range also includes mineral water, coffee, pasta, oil and vinegar.
